Fair, responsive and communicative. He informs you when he is headed your way and he is on time. He is knowledgeable and offers good recommendations. I mentioned how my room is warmer than the rest of my house. He suggested that I add a duct and vent to increase airflow. I notice a difference and I sleep better now. He is also thorough with the maintenance check ups which I plan to maintain every three months as he recommends. He also provides education to maintain the longevity and efficiency of my HVAC. MLS came out quickly to inspect my AC. Miguel found the problem quickly. He gave me different options to correct the problem and explained the cost of each solution. He was able to fix the problem and had the AC working that day.
I called Miguel to get a second opinion / quote for replacing the fan blower motor in my upstairs HVAC. Despite me calling him fairly late in the day (12:30 PM), he was at my house in less than two hours, inspecting the unit and checking on the availability of the new motor at the local warehouse. His quote to replace the motor was competitive, and he even included a tune up of my downstairs unit in the price. He had everything fixed and in good working order by 6:00 PM. One thing I especially appreciated (as someone with an engineering background) was how he explained what he was doing and answered all my questions clearly and transparently. I would do business with MJS again!

MJS A/C and Heating has serviced our air system a few times. They are always on time, professional, and trustworthy. The service techs always walked us through the process not only for transparency but also to help educate us on our own home AC systems. When it came time for a full replacement all options were discussed and there was no sales pressure to make a quick decision or make a high dollar purchase. Ultimately, we did replace our system and the job was done quick, hassle free and was done at a fair price. I recommend MJS over any of the big corporations or service companies, you will get a much more personal experience with advise and pricing you can trust.
I first met Miguel when he did some repairs at my son’s home. I appreciated how efficient he was, and how honest and polite he was towards my son and to me. I kept his card because I was having a new home built and would need someone to take care of my AC. Ironically, only 18 months after I moved in, I sent Miguel a text on a Sunday and asked for his availability as my AC was not cooling. He came the next morning and replaced the capacitor in maybe 10-15 minutes. I am back enjoying my comfortable home again. It is a pleasure to provide a reference to anyone needing an honest, reasonable, professional HVAC technician.

Highly recommend Miquel with MJS AC service. He is very prompt and provides detail feedback on his services. My AC was not cooling and I messaged him at 9pm. He was onsite at 9:30pm and resolved the issue by 10pm. I couldn’t be more happy as it was 90 degrees in the house.
